It could very well be a corrupted install of windows. After doing this Classic ASP is working on IIS 7 Windows Server 2008 64 Bit. There are on Server.CreateObject any where on the page. I enabled ASP and the sites where running fine until yesterday.

I googled a bit more and found that 8002801d error means than a library is not registered or not properly registered.
