also when i get the error trying and view details it tells me: "ERROR the requested URL could not be retrieved while trying to retrieve the URL. We do not use a proxy server to connect to the web so that is not the issue. Thanks! Reply

Click View/Update Proxy Mappings. Go buy another BB!
