Sadly, there is no "best advice" to give as each persons needs are different. Click "remove individual cookies" 4. I can only clear all cookies. It's a good information!

also when i get the error trying and view details it tells me: "ERROR the requested URL could not be retrieved while trying to retrieve the URL.
