Holding the setup button down and pressing options worked a treat! First they confirmed that my warrantee had expired, THEN WANTED $30 TO JUST ANSWER MY QUESTION! Then, to complete my test, I made a color copy of the alignment page printed in color, AND ALL IS BACK TO NORMAL!!! I can clean my cartridge and it prints I can allign print but not much prints I am not sure if its supose to do that or not but anyways I Press Enter on the front panel. The cartridges are correctly aligned. I've tried re-installing several times.
