Works great now. Any help? Just a thought, but I would try removing a cartridge at a time and then try the entire procedure again. just the "Ready" light is on and it doesn't print.

It didn't fix my problem. It might be worth investigating and it might even save you money and time when you consider your HP toner costs and print time. It may be useful to others who encounter the same thing.

The print quality after your fix is great, so I have not bothered to calibrate.

You're a genius! As you indicated, I think this problem becomes worse (or appears worse) when multiple cartridges start running out at the same time. HP Printer Error. -rate if ... Re-manufactured or refilled cartridges work poorly. HP Customer Support is basically telling me that I need to buy a new printer, but it was working perfectly before we inserted that new cyan cartridge today. great help here, though…I have not worked on the 3600 in 5 years…had to refresh my memory on it.

Guides:If the guides for the paper are not set correctly they may cause the paper to enter at an angle.
