Thanks for your help, Terry!!!! Please make sure this printer is plugged into a direct wall, not a surge protector. While I was holding on the phone for the HP tech (over 15 minutes) I found your solution and fixed it myself. Have tried reset using 123 code and the error keeps coming back.

Thank you so, so much! Hi,If you still have the error, the printhead is probably defective. Was on the phone with HP and nothing happened even though the lady was trying and told me I was out of warranty. I had to reinstall all drivers and the network for the printer.
