It is easily removed by switching off the printer and simply restarting it. I got the error code "0xc18a0205". I used all original HP ink carts and it still will not work, does anyone know what to do? his comment is here Allow this process to complete and do not interrupt.

All the cart's were original HP and new!HP has never done a good job of driver writing and worse when it comes to troubleshooting.So, I am not the first plagued with Press and release the “CANCEL” button as many times as necessary, so that, either the “Welcome to Photosmart Express” screen appears, or, the “Ink System Failure” screen appears.
