Did the rounds as some of have written about here in the forum...The Photosmart 2610 tension wire on the black ink side coming loose about one cartridge use and punching a We wanted the same D80 model for that reason...No go. SuperGlue works well but also check for tears/holes in the mylar. If you are using refilled/recycled cartridges, they may not have been reset properly by the ink store (so they can be re-used after being refilled), you will want to take them I have already cleaned cartridges with q-tip, which did no good. Here is a link that may assist you with the problem. It is also possible that the ink that leaked could be interfering with the electrical contacts which is why I suggested cleaning that area. I've ALSO had the plastic support(?) snap off when replacing the cartridge - very gently!!
