This could be a carriage jam issue, it would help if you can try checking for any jammed paper inside the printer through the back and front. Use bottled or filtered water if distilled water is not available. Press down lightly on the end of the problem cartridge to release it. Remove the ink cartridge and place it on a piece of paper with the nozzle plate facing up.

Reinstall the ink cartridges. Removing and reinstalling the cartridge might help.
