Put back all ink cartridges in7. After 60 seconds, plug the printer back in. it's more likey to fail.

Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet. The contacts are four copper-colored pins. The carriage moves to the access area. All non HP branded cartridges are remanufactured unless someone is counterfeiting them in China.

Open the cartridge access door. I already tried to restart the application, the copmuter and reinstalled the software.
Went directly to adding the printer as new.Same problem, still there. still couldn't print so9. All was working fine for a day or two, then the error message began, and I havn't been able to rpint since. I found it laid back, pointing to the rear of the printer.
