I have seen quite a few where the "L" arm sticks after releasing the first page so another page is picked up immediatley before it is supposed to be picked up The printer will spit these blank pages out at the beginning of the next job. Lots of work to disassemble, but easy to fix. I will try to replace the feed assy behind tray 1. and why removing some may help.. On the off chance that harmed, supplant it.

I found my removed, and fixed it. The 41.5 error basically is that the paper is not hitting the sensors when expected. Please try again later. I do not know why they have that message come up under the laser/scanner area but it should not. This 4000N usually leaves a blank page in the printer after a print job (between registration and fuser) and displays no errors. The funny thing is, when I first turn the printer on, it says checking printer, and spits out about 4 or 5 blank pages, and then jams.
