It is approximately 1/2" (12.7 mm) square and under the second feed roller from the left (as viewed from the rear). the error appears this disk is not windows200 supported? I think it behaves as if the paper is jammed inside the printer, though I'm not sure about this.I think the printer can still be fixed, I just don't know where's the cartridge was used only 3 times.
